What is

ADHD Parenting Summit 2026?

ADHD is one of the most misunderstood topics in parenting.

What looks like defiance or laziness from the outside is often something else entirely going on underneath...

And the research on what actually helps has moved a long way in the last few years.

That's why we're bringing together 40+ of the most respected voices in the ADHD field for 5 days of practical, evidence-based conversations.

Experts who've spent their careers studying how the ADHD brain works, what supports it, and what gets in its way at home and at school.

The goal of the summit is simple:

Share what the latest research and clinical experience actually tell us, in plain language, so parents leave with a clearer picture and a few new ideas to try.

5 days. 40+ experts. Free to attend.

Across 5 Days,

The Speakers Will Explore...

  • Attention, focus, and how kids learn best
  • Parenting in the digital age β€” screens, games, social media
  • School, homework, and the home-school relationship
  • Tough moments at home and in public - and how families can navigate them
  • Big emotions, big feelings, and the daily rhythm of family life
  • Daily routines that fit real households and support steady days at home

The conversations are practical and grounded in what experts in the field are seeing right now.

At ADHD Parenting, we firmly believe that teenagers with ADHD have extraordinary potential…

Potential that gets buried under labels like "lazy," "defiant," and "difficult."

I'm Spela, Host and Producer of ADHD Parenting Summits.

At ADHD Parenting, we've spent years building the world's largest ADHD parenting community.

And we kept hearing the same thing from parents of teens:

"The advice out there is for younger kids. No one's talking about what happens when an ADHD child becomes a teenager."

That's what this summit is about.

We're bringing together over 40 world-leading experts who specialize in adolescent ADHD.

Not general parenting. Not younger kids. Teenagers.

Because every teen with ADHD deserves to be understood.

And no parent should have to figure this out alone.

We can't wait to see you inside.

"I learnt a lot on how to empower my son, how to understand him, and how to communicate instructions to him. I have not gone through counselling because it is expensive and I have been thinking that it's common sense. I now realise that there is no common sense to this... that we need guidance from experts."

Sam Phom
